Vitality Extracts does not exchange products, just simply return your item(s) for store credit and then you can order your replacement. Simply send us an email letting us know what you wish to return and we will help you with the process. You can also call our Customer Service Representatives at (844) 429-6580, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm(PST).
If you have received an incorrect product, contact Customer Service. They’ll help connect you with the right products.
You may ONLY return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in its original packaging. The store credit you receive will be for the value paid at the time of purchase.

I love their products, I had an issue with an order, i emailed them and received a response same day. Very pleased. Thank you.
I tried calling customer service but they do not answer. How do I return an item?? If this is not possible then I will no longer use any of your products!
