A shipment confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number, make sure to check your inbox and spam folder. If you have a Vitality Extracts account simply log into your account and select the order you want to track. If your order has shipped, a tracking number will be available. If you do not have a Vitality Extracts account or cannot locate your shipping confirmation email then you will have to contact customer service at this contact form .

Will never order anything from this company. Don’t try to call customer service. They never answer and it is extremely ridiculous to try to cancel your subscription to Vitality Extracts. I rate this company a ZERO.
I beginning to wonder if this entire line of products are legit. Been waiting on my order well over the shipping time which they disclose 3-5 shipping days after receiving order. Going to request a refund very soon if my order isn't recieve d.
I would order again IF I would receive my 1st order, which is WAY OVERDUE!!!! Please respond or refund my money
I haven’t received my 1st order yet. We got first msg said from USPS as nd husband was told company are scammers as f the Goya FEDEX msg saying they have my order I think I just lost my money!!!
