    Bracelet broke two days after I got it at first it got real big it stretched large then it broke and the breeds whent all over they ran everywhere I could not gather them all up the bracelet was made real cheap and cost a lot for a cheap bracelets the me t day we went on a. cruise so am just getting around to let you all know

    The car diffuser+ does not work. It worked for about 30 minuets & stopped. The water chamber does not screw into the diffuser either as it stripped the first time I screwed It in.

    Can I get a replacement that works or get a refund? I want a car diffuser, but I would Very Much like for it to work.

    I also ordered the car diffuser which worked for about 40 minutes and now just makes a high pitched squealing noise. I would like a refund or replacement. Still waiting for a response from emails I have sent

    I ordered three diffuser necklaces as gifts (Christmas), but one arrived with a broken chain.  Have not received any response to my inquiries for a replacement and there is no phone number anywhere on the website to call and talk to someone directly!  Very frustrating!  I feel awful -- do I give my niece a broken necklace for Christmas, or nothing at all, since I have no time to find a replacement gift.  Not much customer service with this company.

    I haven’t received responses to my emails either. I finally received my order after 6 weeks and I received my 7 chakra bracelet with only 6 chakras 😡...after all that waiting...

    For those looking for their phone number, it was included in one of the other faq's.
    It says:
    "You can also call our Customer Service Representatives at (888) 895-4361 then dial 2 once prompted with our voicemail system. They’re available Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm(PST)." I HOPE that doesn't mean you need to leave a voicemail.

    Hope all of you get the satisfaction you deserve. Wish I'd have read this before I placed my first, quite expensive, order. Now I'm not looking forward to receiving it. ☹️

    Bad customer service is the biggest drawback for any company as far as I'm concerned... Even if it's not with one of my orders. And seeing all of you have problems makes me not want to deal with this company past this order. I already had a few items selected to purchase, too, but I think I'll remove the bookmark once I find out my order is correct.

    I placed an order a few weeks ago. Received my order and was all good. Many of the 8 bracelets I ordered were as gifts so they weren't opened or given out until passed the 14 day policy, which is an AWFUL policy! I didn't have mine on for a day and it broke. It was the broken arrow bracelet. I was told to send a picture but I can't send a picture because it broke crossing the road and fell into a bunch of icy slush and I was not going to pic up beads in the middle of the road. Terrible customer service and terrible policy. Apparently you are supposed to buy bracelets for $8+ and they are only supposed to last a day or two and then tuff you are on your own. I will NEVER order from this company again, they are a fraud. This was my first and last order.

    Bought two bracelets and they we're wayyyy too small. Returned them the next day and still haven't heard from anyone regarding a refund or even an in store credit. If I don't get it I will definitely make sure not the recommend this brand to anyone! Not worth the money!

    My skin envy broke and oil was all over paper and packaging...roll on was empty and ball was separated from cracked bottle. Need a replacement. This was my first of 3 orders from this company.
