If you prefer a replacement within 14 days of delivery, you may request one by contacting customer service by submitting a contact form. In order for us to assist you in a replacement, we will need a picture/video of the product to process your request. If your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation stating a replacement package is on its way. Replacement requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, once shipped, 8-10 days to arrive.
