What if I want a replacement?

    I received my order and found the roll on Frankincense shattered in its bag.

    I sent an email already, have not gotten any response.  

    I would like to know what I need to do for a replacement.

    I got a big bottle of skin therapy, the 3 bottle deal. I just opened one of them and found it came 1/2 full. So I checked the other 2 and they were fine. I’d like the half full one replaced please.

    I did not have a password. I sent my info w picture showing the bottle of Mahalo came broken. The package smelled very strongly so I did not open it yet for use. When I turned the cap to open it it fell apart as the picture shows. The bottle was empty. My other three bottles came and were packaged well. I would like a replacement bottle please
