I have spent NO LESS than 3 hours on hold on 3 different occasions, being told thru your automatic system it was a 4 min estimated wait time, and then after an hour another automated message states there are no service reps to take your call, please call back later!!! # times this has happened!!! @ emails over a week ago with NO response. Customer service is really POOR!!! I have spent hundreds of $$ these past few months referred my daughter who has also spent a ton, and I have had 2 really bad shipments! My last shipment with over $100.00 of oils, was NOT packaged in a box, but a plastic bag and my Tumeric 30 ml bottle ad dropper was broke and made a HUGE MESS of everything and as I was removing other things wrapped in bubble wrap, sliced my finger quite good! I am extremely disappointed in how things were packaged. roller balls in a box and bubble wrapped, but 30 ml bottles NOT bubble wrapped and everything stuck together in a plastic shipping bag, NOT a box, poor poor judgement on the person filling this order and now it seems impossible to reach anyone.
