    I got one bracelet. It broke the first day I wore it and you said you would send me another to replace it. Then, feeling confident in your company, i ordered 6 more bracelets for myself and my daughters. I have Never received anything after that first broken bracelet. Not the replacement and not the 6 additional bracelets either. What’s the deal?

    I placed an order with your company on December 7th and have heard nothing in regards to that order. My PayPal account has been charged. I would appreciate an update on my order. Since I didn't receive an email confirmation I do not have an order number. Thank you

    I placed an order on December 10th.  My paypal account has been charged.  I received a confirmation email on the 10th. The order has not been shipped.  I sent an email yesterday.  It has not been answered.  Today I called (888)895-4361 option 2.  I held for over 6 minutes and no one answered the phone.  I called the same number option 1.  I held for over 6 minutes and was asked to leave a message, which I did.  This is horrible customer service.  Is there an email or phone number that is actually answered?

    I placed and order and it says it has been delivered. I have sent a request asking for the tracking number for my local post with no response. I have been charged for this item. This was a Christmas gift and I am really annoyed that no one has contacted me to help find my order. Very poor customer service. If you cannot help me to locate it I would like a refund please

    Absolutely disgusted in the poor service. Still no order from end November and not one reply to any of my messages. So much for delivery by Christmas, which now being the last working day (Friday) before Christmas and no delivery I am beyond disappointed. Will NEVER be using this seevice again. Seriously get your act together

    Hi there, I’m in the same boat as all of you. Order December 4th, mine says it’s at the postal office at the border of Canada.
    If anyone get contact with them, can your write on here, seems to be the best place for everyone to get information

    I placed an order on Dec 6th and will not have 3 Christmas gifts for my daughters. On Dec 14th I contacted them about my order and they shipped it that day, so much for their processing times. I have contacted them several times about this order and haven't heard back. You didn't have a problem charging my credit card. Already put in dispute with paypal. Maybe take care of the customers that placed orders instead of accepting new orders.

    I placed an order in December, says it was fulfilled, but I have not recieved it.  Iam so confused.  and I attempted to email 3 times thus far and no response?!!?!?!  Where is the phone number for customer Service?

    There’s no use submitting an online request as the company states above, they never reply! Need to get the police involved!

    I made a substantial order in Nov. It included many Christmas gifts. I reached out via emails and did receive a response twice and they did they were processing it. However, it's now January and I have yet to receive anything, nor have I received any additional responses to my other inquiries. Is there any other action we can take?

    So I finally received my product as well as a response from my email request for help. Took about a month to get the product. That’s too long. Customer service needs to be more prompt with their responses even if it is to just say we are looking into this. I was asked to review the product before I even received it. Glad I have the product but am completely disappointed with the service and the product itself. Looks cheap. Was not worth the effort. Wish you all luck with your issues. Hope they get resolved. I will never be purchasing from here again

    I received part of my order - the oils. I finally heard from someone via email asking to confirm my address and they will send it. I did this, and the following day they emailed me again and said they were giving me a refund! So I now have oils with no bracelets and they haven’t refunded!

    I too ordered in early December & received one email & it says it's in Utah & had been for weeks. I left an email message, NO response. Bad company!

    I ordered early December and finally received my diffuser last night. It came without a power cord so I cannot use it. I hope my complaint form is acted on promptly.
