    I tried to order during your ten dollar ($10) sale this last weekend. Upon checking out, website said: "This site not working!" I would like to order, one Lavender and one Eucalyptus. Total: Twenty ($20) dollars. You can see I am already a Customer with a Frankencense order enroute to my address. You have my Credit Card information on file.     Is this company for real? I’ve tried calling, then after 20 min they hang up on you. I have not been able to get through! Where is my package I’ve paid for it!

    WOW!!!  All my vitality has been used up!!  I have spent NO LESS than 3 hours on hold on 3 different occasions, being told thru your automatic system it was a 4 min estimated wait time, and then after an hour another automated message states there are no service reps to take your call, please call back later!!! # times this has happened!!! @ emails over a week ago with NO response. Customer service is really POOR!!!  I have spent hundreds of $$ these past few months referred my daughter who has also spent a ton, and I have had 2 really bad shipments! My last shipment with over $100.00 of oils, was NOT packaged in a box, but a plastic bag and my Tumeric 30 ml bottle ad dropper was broke and made a HUGE MESS of everything and as I was removing other things wrapped in bubble wrap, sliced my finger quite good! I am extremely disappointed in how things were packaged. roller balls in a box and bubble wrapped, but 30 ml bottles NOT bubble wrapped and everything stuck together in a plastic shipping bag, NOT a box, poor poor judgement on the person filling this order and now it seems impossible to reach anyone.   What do I need to do to get this resolved????
