I placed 2 orders in October, 1 was paid for on October 3rd and the second on October 10th with Paypal. I was out of town all of the month of October so I did not receive the products until sometime in November. When I opened them there were no instructions how to use the product. I started out requesting the instructions. Nothing, now I have requested and requested the return address to return the products. Still nothing. I am tired of waiting and you have had my money.
