    Me too! I got product I didn't want. Reached out to send back with no response. I asked for an address and they will not respond to me.

    I have tried to log into my account to no avail. Three weeks since I placed an order and NO produuyet. I will not order again even if I ever get my order. Terrible site and service.

    I agree -  It's the worst Customer Service.  Product was supposedly shipped but after 15 days has not arrived.  They NEVER help figure out where the product is stuck.  I think the company is a SCAM.

    I was trying to put my subscription on hold and was told to create a new password. I’ve tried twice and it didn’t work. I tried emailing and calling with no luck. If I ever get a chance I’m now going to cancel and alert Facebook users.

    I have placed and paid for 3 orders. The first one did not take long. The second one did not arrive in the time promised. I was sending a gift to Europe and it did not arrive in time to send. So disappointing. I placed a third order and paid for it using the Black Friday code and there is no record of it and certainly not received. I am upset because the 30 ml. bottles were all gifts that needed to be sent.

    I have been calling and sending emails and nothing is being done.  My order was damaged and I have sent pictures, submitted form they require.  What a joke I guess my $70plus dollars is down the drain.   I'm looking to see if I can contact the Better Business and file with them.   They sure know how to send text messages to get you to purchase more items.   I just want my replaced.

    Trying to cancel subscription but can not get into my account. Password will not work and I have not received an email with a code that was to be sent. Instead, I received an email to change my password, which I did but it does not work. How can I get into my account?????
