Horrible Customer Service

I have placed and paid for 3 orders. The first one did not take long. The second one did not arrive in the time promised. I was sending a gift to Europe and it did not arrive in time to send. So disappointing. I placed a third order and paid for it using the Black Friday code and there is no record of it and certainly not received. I am upset because the 30 ml. bottles were all gifts that needed to be sent.

I have been calling and sending emails and nothing is being done. My order was damaged and I have sent pictures, submitted form they require. What a joke I guess my $70plus dollars is down the drain. I'm looking to see if I can contact the Better Business and file with them. They sure know how to send text messages to get you to purchase more items. I just want my replaced.
