Packaging incorrectly closed, not sealed

I received an order from Vitality yesterday in the mail. I took the package out of my mailbox and it was completely flat. I thought it was possibly the $25 gift card they sent me but when I looked at the packing slip, two bracelets I ordered were supposed to be in with the gift card but we’re not because the bubble envelope used was not sealed correctly. The envelope was not even closed. I could reach right in and pull out the gift card and packing slip.
