Time for legal or regulatory action?
The combination of no real communication from the Vitality people and unreasonable delay leads to justified suspicion of concerted fraudulent activity. It may be time to explore avenues of legal and financial redress.

I placed a order on December 30th for $270.+ I received a text saying my order was shipped but never received a email with a tracking number. Now reading about your situation has me a bit skeptical as to weather or not I’ll get my order. If I don’t, then my bank will be my first call!

I got my order, although it took 10 days to get it. I learned that they had listed a UPS tracking #, but ultimately it was the Post Office that delivered it. So there was a different tracking number to use with USPS. Exact same thing as what you're dealing with now...the UPS site kept saying they had not gotten the package from Vitality. Surprisingly, Vitality did respond, finally, with the correct tracking #. I hounded them with e-mails trying to find out where my order was.
Good luck...I had told them in one email that if I didn't get a satisfactory response by Friday Jan. 13, I would contact my credit card company and initiate the cancellation process. Maybe that's what finally worked.
