My order has not arrived

I received an email on Feb.4th that my order was on the way. Today is Feb.12th and it still has not been delivered.

I only received half of order. Did not receive 30 ml bottle of frankincense.

I submitted an email yesterday and then filled out the provided form regarding my order that shows as delivered but never showed up and I've had no luck working through my local post office.. Either cancel the order and refund my money or reship the product using a straight UPS shipment so that tracing is actually meaningful and I can be guaranteed it will show up. These combo shipments where UPS hands off to USPS are useless. This is my third bad shipment in a row.
