I had bought bracelets for my children and myself in January. We don’t take off the bracelets. This week my son had 2 of his bracelets break. I contacted customer service to ask what I can do… get new string or purchase new ones. Vanessa stated I can purchase new ones. I asked her if I can receive a discount and she said she was able to give me a 10% discount. She said since I had bought the bracelet in January she wasn’t able to do much more. I told her that since the bracelets were only seven months old I felt that she should do more than 10%. Also, I had a better discount in my emails and what she was offering me know. She informed me that I should use that discount then. I let her know I was going to write a bad review about the company because I feel like she should’ve done more. She asked me if I need the email. I felt like this could’ve been handled differently. I was more than happy to purchase more items from this company. However, I will no longer be spending my money with this company.
