Problems Getting Orders?

I placed my order on August 21, 2022.  The product has been paid for in full.  I still have not received my items.

is anyone else having problems getting orders?

    I placed my order on September 8th 2022. I have a question - did anyone pay via PayPal? I'm wondering if there's some sort of protection against fraud, it seems like I recall there being something in place with PayPal. I'm going to double check.

    Today is 12/14/22 -- I placed my order on Nov. 29, & have not received order! Now tracking says delivery on 12/19 -- Why on earth should it take so long??? And can't get anyone on phone, because mailbox is full! It says to call back another time! What Customer Service??

    Today is 12/15/22 and I placed my order on Nov 24th and credit card was charged on Nov 25th.  I have emailed customer service and received a response they were extra busy this time of year and they would respond as soon as possible.  That was 3 days ago and still no response.  I have not even received an email letting me know it has been shipped so I can't even track it!

    my first order was received in a timely manner but not the recent order. Signing up for an account was difficult so not accomplished. customer service is difficult. tracking order is difficult. I hope orders will arrive in time for xmas but it's looking sketchy.

    Really??? All you people have not received your orders? Ugh. I have 3 orders put in…I’m so tired of SCAMS!!!  At least I did pay through PayPal!  They will give you your money back if it’s a scam.

    Crooks!!! Ordered 12/11 it’s now 1/11…tracking says my order has been in York PA for 3 weeks…this company does not respond to emails and the phone is a joke ..it just hangs up on you. Do not order from here

    Yes; I placed my order at least 6 weeks ago and am receiving "out of stock" and "shipping in 2 weeks" and credit for new order messages.
