    I also paid and I received an email saying mine was out for delivery but there isn't a tracking number. I sent an just sent an email to them and it said 3-5 days for a response also

    I am having the same problem! Before I ordered I asked them if this was coming from China or some other country and they said no! I have paid for two orders and now I think I made a big mistake! I am going to try to cancel.

    Ok, guys. I am having the same trouble. No tracking number... I have contacted them, but I got the same response as y'all...3-5 business days to wait for a response. I just happened upon this thread.

    If anyone paid through PayPal you can file a complaint. It's another way to attempt to interact with Vitality. PayPal gives a deadline to escalate your issue to a resolve.

    I am pleased to say that I was able to contact them through email and they cancelled my order and refunded both orders. One through my bank and one through PayPal. If you did it with PayPal start a claim now. I had do it once and it went great and I got all my money back. I told them I was cancelling because I didn’t trust that the product would arrive and that I had checked with the BBB of Utah and there were so many complaints that I would be wasting my money. Within hours I had the cancellation and my money was back in my bank my PayPal account was credited! Good luck everyone.

    I emailed them because I got an email saying my order was on the way but  I did not have a tracking number. I received an email back the next day saying the summer had given them more orders than they had expected and my patience was appreciated and that was an automatic email. Anyway my order is now on the way according to a tracking number that I received. It has been about 3 weeks since I first ordered.

    Same here. I have a tracking number and it says the order was delivered but I never received it. They replied to the email and told me to watch a YouTube video for help on how to use the tracking number. Totally bogus and HUGE scam.
    Every time I logged in to see the tracking, it showed product delivered 2 hours ago…every single time. Weird huh? Total f-ing scam!
